I just saw this event on the Sarnia Police Service website and thought I would share. Looks like a great activity for those of you with kids getting ready to ride their bikes all summer 🙂
“The Seaway Kiwanis will be hosting a Bike Rodeo this Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the BMX track at Canatara Park. Bring your bicycle and dress to ride! Sarnia Police will also be on hand at this great event.
The day will commence at 10 AM and go until noon. The morning is for kids of all ages. Learn the rules of the road, practice safe cycling, get free equipment checks and helmet fitting AND have an opportunity to win great prizes. Come out and have some fun.
This is being sponsored by the Seaway Kiwanis, the Bicycle Shop, the City of Sarnia and the Sarnia Police Service. Hope to see a great turn out!”
