Mommy & Me Fitness Classes

ABLE Body & Birth – Mommy & Me Fitness Class (Sarnia & Bright’s Grove)
 

This baby friendly class allows mom to get a great workout AND attend to baby’s needs at any time.  Each class provides a full body workout: cardio, muscular endurance, postnatal specific core work and flexibility.  Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains and a stronger core.  This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in your community.

Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).  All fitness levels are welcome.  This class is designed for pre-mobile babies. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a light weight (3 or 5 lbs).

Fitness Farm – Mommy & Me Fitness –  (Mooretown)

Join Calla Nicol  PTS, MES, PPFS for Mommy & Me Fitness. This is a Postnatal Fitness Class that helps build those mommy muscles while having fun with your little one. Babies can be used in place of weights or they may sleep or play. Whatever keeps them happy. The class has a very relaxed and fun atmosphere.
